Let me tell you, there’s something about school-age kids that I absolutely love. These tweens and teens  really “get” the camera. It’s an age when their personality really shines and they aren’t afraid to express themselves like this:

This session was a special one to me. As a mom of two sons, being photographed with them means the world to me. I am thankful for the opportunity to spend an afternoon with such great people!

I LOVE newborns – the newer the better, too! This sweet guy here was six days old at his session and I had so much fun with him. I am also honored that his wonderful family asked me to come out and photograph him. I first met them in 2007 when I photographed big sis as a small baby. She was part of my Baby’s first year plan so I watched her grow into an adorable one-year-old. Now she is two and is an awesome and proud big sister!

I recently had an opportunity to cover a fabulous corporate event, themed “Winter White”. The mastermind behind this very detailed-oriented evening was event planner, Jenny J. Cook.

Check out the dining room! Jenny hung all of those pine cones from the ceiling beams – amazing!

Three Little Birds provided the beautiful printed items. Shown here is a place card, tags for gifts, and menus.

Drinks specially-tailored for the guests.

All guests donated gloves for a youth charity. I love how they are displayed!
